I been cooking up these breakfast egg sandwiches for my family the past couple weeks. the eggs is mixed with different chopped vegetables then layered with a melted cheese and grilled ham. a slice of a chunky tomato in between two slender all wheat breads we copped at costco. one time I mixed the eggs with rice (the rice we cooked had different kinds of beans in it) and it made a bomb patty. an inspiration from Metu’s black bean patties. do you notice a difference in your day when you dive into a body-right breakfast?
